CLUB RULES & SAFETY

Important safety information

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission.

  • The managements word on any safety issue is final.

  • You must be 18 years of age to use the club's facilities.

  • Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

  • NEVER point a gun, loaded or unloaded  at anyone.

  • NEVER point a gun, loaded or unload in an unsafe direction.

  • Treat every gun as if it where loaded.

  • Keep your finger off the trigger.

  • Always wear eye and ear protection.

  • Shoot ONLY from the firing line.

  • Be familiar with the gun you are using.

  • Never shoot under the influence of alcohol.

  • All participants and visitors attend the range at their own risk.

  • Newcomers should inform us of their experience level.

  • We recommend the BASC download below.

  • All visitors must read and agree to our range induction.

  • If in doubt, ask a staff member for advice.

  • Safety is our paramount concern. It must be yours too.

  • IF YOU HEAR THE WHISTLE BLOW STOP SHOOTING IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE YOUR GUN SAFE.

Remember it is your legal requirement to ensure that you act in a sensible and safe manner at all times and that each individual is responsible for his or her own actions. Any mis-use of guns or any behaviour deemed as dangerous or socially unacceptable will result in you being asked to leave the club immediately.
